In Tyler Texas, on November 5, 2009, Steve Spitzer led a one hour continuing education class for the East Texas Estate Planning Council which is comprised of accountants, attorneys, bankers, life underwriters and others who are interested in the subject of estate planning.   The presentation was at Hollytree Country Club.  The course was entitled “Estate Disputes Update.”
